As a software vendor that specialized in installation and
conversion projects for the insurance and financial services
markets, XyberNET
approached every sale and new relationship as a ‘long term
partnership’. Dedicated to great Customer Service,

quickly
discovered the need for great project management.
Without
project management, success is possible, but not probable.
XyberNET demanded
absolute success with each project it undertook. In order
to guarantee this success, our unique Project Management
approach was born.
Beginning with a great
Project Manager dedicated to the project, then an on-site
assessment of the client’s:

structure,
we develop an overall plan
to provide you with your customized 1Solution. This
1Solution includes details of what is needed and
recommended, what skills the project teams need to include,
timeframes that can be committed to, what level of corporate
ownership must be present, and all the details as to what
marks success to the client.
All of these
pieces come together in a comprehensive project plan that is
managed and monitored by XyberNET’s
Project Manager. Based on the milestones agreed to in
advance, the projects move forward to a successful
completion.
But that isn’t
the end of our project management. Approximately 6 months
after moving into a production environment, XyberNET
once again completes an on-site assessment of how well the
