Business Analyst
XyberNET is looking for a Great Business Analyst
If you are ambitious, independent and like
to learn new things, XyberNET’s Business Analyst position might
be just for you. We are looking for someone to join our project
team to assist in developing specifications and test new
modifications to our software products. This person will work
with our Clients and understand their business needs, then turn
those business needs into functional requirements documents. But
much more than that, we are looking for someone with a
questioning mind, a hard worker with the ability to get along
with others. The requirements of the job include:

Ability to get along with a
diverse community of business clients, working side by side
with middle management and end users;

Great communication skills,
both written and oral;
-
Attention to detail;
-
Experience writing technical
and business documents;
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft
Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
-
Good business / technical
writing skills;
-
Ability to absorb and
understand new computer systems, and the business
requirements that go along with using a system;
-
Quality assurance testing
experience;
-
Ability to multi task.
A minimum of three years actual
business analysis experience is a must. Prior practical
experience in the insurance or software industries is a plus,
specifically property or credit insurance. Knowledge of IBM
mainframe, relational database and web based systems is a plus.
Some travel will be required.
Salary will be commensurate with
experience.
References will be required.
